DE – Oversized knit in allen Formen ist immer mein Ding, aber eigentlich bin ich ein Herbsttyp und dementsprechend ist auch meine Farbpalette: Braun- und Beigetöne, etwas Weiß und Schwarz und andere Farben in homöopathischen Dosen. Momentan haben es mir aber die Winterfarben angetan, vor allem kalte Blautöne.
Oversized knit
In diesen riesigen, handgestrickten (!) Pullover von Slavic Atelier habe ich ich mich sofort verliebt. Er ist aus dicker Merinowolle in einem hellen eisblau und heisst auch Frosty Christmas. Dazu passen viele andere Farben, vor allem aber ansonsten monochrome Outfits in Weiß/ Creme oder in Schwarz als Kontrast sind perfekt. Mein Mantel ist auch von einem kleinen Label, das ich bei Instagram entdeckt habe: The Curated. Dieser Mantel ist aus einer Wolle-Kaschmir Mischung und die Ärmel sind ziemlich weit geschnitten, so dass auch oversized knit darunter passt.
Hermès Birkin bag
Die Hermès Tasche habe ich mir geliehen, vor allem um auszuprobieren welche Größe ich gerne hätte. Sie ist von The Beyond Club, welcher an seine Mitglieder Taschen verleiht, in ein paar Monaten gibt es dazu auch einen eigenen Artikel. Prinzipiell eine tolle Gelegenheit vor dem Kauf von teuren Designertaschen erst mal zu testen, ob das Investmentpiece denn überhaupt ein Investment lohnt! Dies hier ist eine Birkin 30 und Überraschung: ich finde sie etwas zu klein! Wie gut, dass ich keine gekauft habe….aber die Farbe ist toll und passt genau zum Outfit und in meine momentane Blaue Phase.
EN – Oversized knit in every form is my kinda thing, but actually I am an Autumn colours person and so is my normal colour palette: all shades go brown, beige, a bit white and black und other colours in tiny doses. But at the moment I am totally into Winter colours, especially cold blue.
Oversized knit
This oversized Sweater by Slavic Atelier is made by hand and had me at hello. Made of really thick merino yarn and in a blue that is cold as ice and therefore called: Frosty Christmas. Many other colours would fit, but especially monochrome outfits in White/ Cream or Black as a contrasting colour are perfect. My coat is also from a small business I found on Instagram, too: The Curated. This coast is made of a wool and cashmere blend and the sleeves are quite wide, so the oversized knit fits under it.
Hermès Birkin bag
I have rented this Hermès bag, primarily to test which size would be the best for me as the Birkin bag comes in various sizes. She is from The Beyond Club who rents bags to their members and I am going to write an article about them in a few months. As a matter of priciple this a a fantastic occasion to test expensive designer bags first if the investment is worth it. This bag here is a Birkin 30 and surprisingly I find it too small for me! Phew, so glad I didn’t buy one…but the colour is really amazing and matches perfectly with my outfit and my current Blue Period.
