I’ve posted 2 articles in the last week with fashion/ outfit pictures. Especially the post with the trend All Black Outfit is one of my favourites so far, because I love the colour myself and this was the first guest posting here on the blog! Have you seen it already?

Training news
At the moment I walk a lot, so that I skip the evening 10-minute HIIT training sometimes every evening, shame on me! As the weather is actually nice and not really cold, I try to walk in my lunch-breaks, and it is fun. About 4-5 kilometres are these walks long and that’s perfect for me. There’s another challenge right now: I’m banning artificial sugars from my food, except for some rare cake tastings at the office. I think it is worth the effort and hope I loose another 2 kilos weight.

New stuff
I bought some basic items in the last weeks, mostly at the Arket online shop. I cleaned my closet, especially the colours that are too bright are banned now. So I’m going to sell some stuff, like bags and a pair of Chanel Slingbacks in size 37,5. So if you are curious: here is the link to Vestiaire Collective and my profile.
Any Travel news?
Yes, because we booked a super nice room at a hotel in Garmisch for January. We found a Bio Hotel where the owners are living a healthy and organic lifestyle. I’m really curious and count the days, because I’m a bit exhausted and def need a longer holiday.

Neues diese Woche
Ich habe in der letzten Woche 2 Artikel veröffentlicht mit Fashion/ Outfit Fotos. Vor allem dieser Post über All Black Outfits ist einer meiner Favoriten, weil ich erstens die Farbe selber liebe und weil zum aller ersten Mal eine Gastautorin hier geschrieben hat. Habt ihr ihn schon gelesen?

Trainings News
Momentan laufe ich ziemlich viel, deshalb fällt das abendliche 10 Minuten HIIT Training schon mal immer aus. Weil das Wetter so nett ist gerade laufe ich vor allem in meiner Mittagspause und das macht ziemlich viel Spass. Um die 4-5 Kilometer sind diese Spaziergänge lang und das ist perfekt für mich. Ich habe aber noch eine andere Challenge: ich verzichte auf künstlich zugesetzte Zucker, abgesehen von Kuchen Degustationen im Office ab und zu. Ich denke es ist die Mühe wert und ich hoffe noch das ein oder andere Kilo Gewicht los zu werden.
Was denkt ihr über Zucker und wie sehen eure Trainingsroutinen aus?

Ich möchte euch Instagramaccounts zeigen, die ich wirklich toll finde. Kennt ihr schon den account von @juliesdresscode ? Ihr Stil ist klasse und vor allem die Fotos mit ihrem Mops finde ich super, also schaut sie euch mal an!
Neues Zeug
Ich habe in den letzten Wochen einige Basics vor allem im Arket Online Shop gekauft. Ich habe meinen Kleiderschrank aussortiert und von zu bunten Teilen befreit und daher verkaufe ich gerade ein paar Sachen. Unter anderem ein Paar Chanel Slingbacks in 37,5. Irgendwelche Reise News?
Ja, weil wir gerade in Garmisch ein hübsches Zimmer in einem Biohotel gebucht haben für Januar. Ich bin schon total auf das Konzept gespannt und brauche auch bald einen längeren Urlaub, da ich momentan ziemlich erschöpft bin.
