Week 02/2017 at claudinesroom

My weekly reviews  will  give you a short survey what happened at claudines room. This week I worked a lot at the office, bought beautiful new shoes and freaked out a bit about tons of snow!

Week 02

Reading material of the week: Blogs, magazines and a book: The little book of Hygge. This book tries to explain how the Danes are living and what that has to do with them being the happiest people in the world. I love it!

My opinion:  Fashionweeks are a bit overrated, non? When you ask me why I don’t go to any I would answer: I love making holidays instead! To be honest: everybody goes to FW and Instagram is full of pictures and stories. So why should I go? It was one of my goals to attend a FW and now I’m not really interested anymore. I love fashion, but I don´t love crowds. So I stay at home and count the hours until Friday morning to drive to Bavaria.

My best buys: Rosewater for my hair (the scent is beautiful and it brings volume!), Alix shoes by Aquazurra (yes, I’m obsessed) some cashmere and ski apparel stuff at H&M (the premium line is really good!) and finally alpaca wool for my growing knitting obsession.

My Outfit: There were 2, the grey coat and the big cardigan outfit for my walks. Which one do you like more?

My plans: I have to work at the office for 3 days and then we are going to the Alps for our winter holidays. I’m really excited about that. I have one appointment at the Gertrud Gruber Cosmetic Farm, we will take a horse sleigh ride (big girl’s dream is coming true!) and have a walk with Alpacas. Pictures are coming on Instagram, I promise!

Meine weekly reviews werden  euch einen kleinen Überblick geben über das, was bei claudines room passiert ist. Diese Woche habe ich viel gearbeitet im Büro, wunderbare Schuhe gekauft und bin ein bisschen ausgeflippt über die ungeheure Menge Schnee.

Week 02

Lesestoff der Woche: Blogs, Magazine und ein tolles Buch: The small book of Hygge über die Lebensart der Dänen und was die damit zu tun hat, dass sie die glücklichsten Menschen der Welt sind.

Meine Meinung: Fashion Weeks sind ein ein bisschen überbewertet, oder? Wenn ihr mich fragt, warum ich nicht hinfahre würde ich folgendes sagen: ich mache stattdessen lieber Urlaub! Um ehrlich zu sein: jeder fährt hin, Instagram und die Blogs sind voll mit Fotos und Stories. Warum sollte ich auch noch hinfahren? Es war mein Ziel einmal zur FW zu fahren und jetzt bin ich gar nicht mehr interessiert. Ich liebe Mode, aber keine Menschenmassen. Also bleibe ich zuhause und zähle die Stunden bis Freitag, wenn wir nach Bayern fahren.

Meine besten Käufe: Rosenwasser für meine Haare (himmlischer Duft und es gibt Volumen!), Alix Schuhe von Aquazurra (ja ich bin besessen), ein paar Kaschmir und Skisachen von H&M (die Premium Sachen sind wirklich super!) und Alpakawolle, um meine Strickbesessenheit zu bedienen.

Mein Outfit: Da gab es 2, das grey coat Outfit und das mit dem big cardigan outfit für meine Spaziergänge. Welches hat euch besser gefallen?

Meine Pläne: Ich muss noch 3 Tage arbeiten und dann geht’s in den Winterurlaub in die Alpen. Ich freue mich total. Ich habe einen Termin auf der Gertraud Gruber Schönheitsfarm, wir machen eine Pferdeschlittenfahrt (ein großer Mädchentraum wird wahr!) und wir gehen mit Alpakas spazieren. Natürlich versorge ich euch via Instagram mit Fotos.
